Service Delivery Policy

A subscription to the Asaan Karo software — the AI agent on your WhatsApp and the dashboard for your catalog, orders, bookings, customers, installments and reports — with the features and limits of the plan you choose, as shown on our website and on the Billing screen in the app.

There are no physical goods, so there are no shipping or delivery charges and no delivery address is needed.

Access is immediate. As soon as you create an account and verify your email, your free trial (currently 7 days) starts and you can sign in to asaankaro.com.

• After you pay online through our partner bank's payment gateway, your plan is switched on as soon as the payment is confirmed — normally within a few minutes, and at most within 1 working day.
• If you pay by bank transfer, your plan is switched on within 1 working day of the transfer reaching our account.
• You receive a confirmation by email, and the Billing screen shows your plan and the date it is valid until.
• Your paid period starts on the day the plan is switched on, not on the day you paid.

• You connect your WhatsApp number yourself by scanning a QR code, the same way as WhatsApp Web. It takes a few minutes.
• You add your business details and your products or services, or import them, and the AI agent starts answering from them.
• If you need help, our team can guide you through setup by phone or WhatsApp at no extra cost.

If your plan is not switched on within 1 working day of a confirmed payment, contact us with your payment reference and we will fix it straight away. If we cannot switch it on within 3 working days, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Our team answers by email and WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday, during business hours (Pakistan time). We aim to reply within 1 working day.
